Victoria Gossett Principal & Founder

With over 15 years of experience across private equity, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors, Victoria partners with executive leadership and in-house legal teams to strengthen governance frameworks, optimize contract lifecycle management, and position the legal function as a strategic driver of business growth. Her work sits at the intersection of legal, operations, and strategy—bringing structure to complexity and enabling organizations to scale with confidence.

Victoria remains at the forefront of legal technology and AI integration, helping clients thoughtfully adopt emerging tools to modernize legal operations and improve efficiency without sacrificing rigor or control.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of North Texas and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. Based in Dallas, Texas, Victoria works with clients nationally through interim leadership and project-based engagements.
